  1. Cut pork belly into 1 inch cubes, smash garlic, slice ginger & rough chop green onions
  2. Par boil pork belly to remove scum
  3. Sear pork belly in large pot then remove
  4. Deglaze pot with Holland House® Marsala Cooking Wine then go in with the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, green onions & water
  5. Throw back in the seared pork belly, bring to a boil and cover to simmer for about 1 hour.
  6. Remove all contents from the pan (leave a little braising liquid) then go in with the glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer and let thicken. Return pork belly to the glaze to coat.
  7. Serve over rice with green onions & sesame seeds
