Measure all the vinaigrette ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. For a sharper, bright flavor, use more Holland House® Red Wine Vinegar in your dressing. For a more mellow flavor, add more oil.
Shake until combined. Store in the refrigerator 3-5 days; shake before using. Makes about 1 cup. For a side salad for four, start with 2-3 Tbsp. of vinaigrette for 8 cups of lettuce, toss to coat and continue adding until greens are evenly coated and glossy. Do not overdress. Serve immediately.
