Ingredients

To Taste:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Build your base: In a large pan over medium heat, add the butter and oil. Let melt and heat through for about 2 minutes.
  2. Sauté: Add the minced onion and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes until fragrant, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Deglaze & Thicken: Pour in Holland House® White Cooking Wine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce and slightly thicken.
  4. Cook the shrimp: On a grill or separate pan, cook shrimp with a bit of oil for about 1 minute per side until just pink.
  5. Toss & finish :Add the cooked shrimp into the sauce and toss for 1–2 minutes until fully coated.
  6. Serve: Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Goes wll with rice, pasta and fried plantains, etc.
