Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked farfalle (bowtie) pasta
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Holland House® White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk tahini, oil, water, vinegar and seasonings in large bowl.
  3. Add pasta; mix well.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. Gently stir in remaining ingredients just before serving.

Tips

  1. Tahini, or sesame paste, adds a nutty flavor and creamy texture. Look for it in the condiment aisle, the international foods section, or near the peanut butter.
  2. Substitute creamy almond butter for the tahini for a different nutty flavor and creamy texture.
